Project Overview
Client: Samui Motorbikes Thailand
Role: Lead Graphic Designer
Scope: Brand Identity & Logo Systems, Storefront & Environmental Signage, Physical Brand Collateral, Digital Strategy & Consultation
The Problem / Challenge
Operating in a saturated tropical tourism market, Samui Motorbikes needed a visual identity that could cut through the noise of local competition and position itself as a "premium yet adventurous" brand to international travelers.
From a technical standpoint, the identity had to be exceptionally versatile. It needed to be:
High-Contrast & Legible: To ensure signage was readable by passing traffic in bright, outdoor environments.
Optimized For Production: Designed specifically to be applied as decals on curved motorbike surfaces and printed on various promo materials without losing detail.
Culturally Cohesive: Using a visual language that felt professional enough for a high-end rental service but gritty enough for off-road adventure tours.
Key challenge: Deliver a "bulletproof" design system that looked just as professional on a high-resolution booking site as it did on a mud-splattered fender.
